    Statutory Audit of Occupational Risk Prevention

    The purpose of the statutory audit is to optimize the occupational risk prevention plan of the companies and to perform a systematic, documented and objective assessment of the efficiency of the prevention system.
    The companies included in Annex I of the regulations on prevention services (RPS), that carry out specific activities that entail a special risk, must monitor their prevention system through an external audit, every four years.
    The statutory audits require the intervention of entities authorized by the relevant labour authority.
